On 31 August 2023, Delegation of the Institute for a Community with shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China visited National language promotion department, National Heritage & Culture Division and met with Director General, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saleem Mazhar, and the management of National language promotion department.
The Delegation of the Institute for a Community with shared Future consisted of Prof. Li Huailiang, Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China, Prof. Zhang Yanqiu, Deputy Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China and Director of Africa Communication Research Center and Dr. Ge Yanling, Section Chief of the Office of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China.
During the meeting, the delegation praised the National Language Promotion Department for their work and requested for a book written by President Xi Jinping to be translated into Urdu. Furthermore, they discussed ways to promote cooperation, arranging conferences and foster mutual understanding.
Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), Islamabad and Advocate Zaildar Ahsan Shah, Advisor on International Affairs, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), Islamabad were present during the meeting.
