On 1st April 2022, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, ED, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future, Ms. Mehreen Gul, Deputy Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future and Dr. Fouzia Hadi, Director, Regional Integration Center, University of the Punjab, Lahore had a constructive meeting with Ms. Bao Zhong, Counselor of Political and Media Section, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Pakistan.
During the meeting, joint activities, future projects on Belt & Road Initiative and regional connectopy were discussed to promote China-Pakistan bilateral relations and enhance cultural & research collaborations. Prospects for organizing joint conferences and events were also highlighted.
Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, PRCCSF stated that the center will be extending its cooperation and expertise to the embassy and other partner institutions in China in all areas, especially research, information sharing, regional connectivity, BRI and other domains of mutual interest.
Ms. Bao Zhong, Counselor of Political and Media Section, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Pakistan also expressed that she will be enhancing cooperation in the areas of common interests and facilitating joint programs. Ms. Bao also presented souvenirs to the senior management of PRCCSF and Dr. Fozia Hadi, Director, Regional Integration Center, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
